keep in touch
"Keep in touch," they'd say.
Touch is not something you can do from a distance. Touch is not something you can keep. As soon as it's gone, it's gone. You cant feel it. You cant sense it.
They should have said "keep in words" or something. Because words are all we can string between us. Words on a telephone line, words appearing on the computer screen or the handphone's.
But, they cause more complications than clarity, dont they?
Ah, whatevs.
On the flip side,
I am going to love Friday afternoon with Fadilah.
I am going to love Saturday morning with my girls and Saturday night swimming at Osim with the family. This time, cousins like Huzair and Nazeem are tagging along!
I am going to love Sunday with the awesome bft.
I am going to love them all.
