certified?
I didnt go to school today. So i just went to the doc to get an MC.
Actually, i was perfectly fine. I neither had a slight fever nor a flu. Mom said she wont write a letter for me so i had no choice but to visit the poly downstairs.
I wanted to come up with an act that i was sick so it would really convince the doctor that i AM sick.
But i forgot all about it as soon as i stepped into the room.
Doc: Hello Miss. You're Sofeeyah?
Me: Yea.
Doc: So how can i help you? You're sick?
Me: Yea. Im having a flu and a headache and a flu. ( i was supposed to say im sick in the head because i think i am!)
Doc: So you're having a flu and a headache?
Me: Haha. Actually thats true.
Doc: Let me check your temperature.
Me: Oh ok.
After checkin my temp..
Doc: Oh! You have a slight fever!
[I SWEAR I COULDNT STOP GIGGLING]
Me: Are you sure?
Doc: Im a doctor! And why are you laughing?
Me: Oh, nothing. Situational irony. Hahaha.
Doc: Now open your mouth and stick out your tongue.
[I did what he asked me to do]
Doc: Oh my! You have sore tonsils!
Me: Is it? Hahaha. ( Now im really bursting into fits of laughter..)
Doc: Does it hurt when you eat?
Me: No.
Doc: Are you sure? Not a little bit?
Me: Well, i think so?
Doc: Thats it. Im giving you antibiotics for it, and a 2 days MC. You beter rest at home.
Me: Hahahhaahaha, Happy Chinese New Year in advance!
I walked out the room, wondering if he was really certified a doctor.
It was supposed to be a lie that im sick! And what was the 2 days MC for? Haha. Im going to school tomorrow. There's no way im missing my best friend's performance=]
Oh, plus Mldds is also performing so better get your eyes fixed on.. on the performance! Hee.
Instead of blaming Syafiq for not waking me up for school this morning, I think I should thank him instead coz i got to continue sleeping and bid the eyebags farewell(for the week). Ah, im such a slugabed.
